This is a replacement filter for the coalescing filter provided with the filter dryer unit.  This filter should be replaced at least once a year for optimal filtration.  This filter removes dirt and oil down to .05 microns.  Keeping this filter clean helps to maximize the life of the desiccant, the compressed air system and the torch.
