BY PRECISELY CONTROLLING THE RATIO OF FUEL AND COMPRESSED AIR, THE TEMPERATURE OF THE FLAME CAN BE CONTROLLED WHILE MAINTAINING FLAME CHEMISTRY AND FLAME TYPE.

RETRO-FIT INFORMATION

The retro-fit pictured above includes the following services and hardware. The torch is shipped to GTT for evaluation for retro-fit compatibility. (99% of the torches we have produced will be compatible for this upgrade. If you are unsure, some diagnosis may be able to be made over the phone or through email with a picture of the torch. If the torch is NOT able to be modified, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.)
Once the torch arrives, the torch is disassembled and inspected to insure complete functionality of the torch and any upgrades applied. The torch manifold is then machined to accept the NEW compressed air retro-fit manifold (Black colored piece with gold valve caps and hoses as pictured above.) Longer screws and new gaskets are installed on the torch. The torch is then thoroughly tested to insure optimal performance is achieved.

*NOTE: Most GTT torches will qualify for this upgrade option. Some torches made by GTT may not qualify due to the hand built nature of the torch. We will be happy to inspect the torch to see if the upgrade is possible. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, whether work or service is performed or not.
