Technical Assistance
The staff at Glass Torch Technologies are happy to help you setup your studio by offering hose, connections, fittings, regulators and concentrators to maximize your budget by getting exactly what you need. We are happy to assist in the complete torch setup from fuel and oxygen supply to the torch at the bench. With extensive knowledge about different setup options, we are able to build the hose with the proper connections attached to take the guesswork out of torch setup. For a minimal fee we can put all necessary fittings, connections and regulators together for an "out of the box" or "ready to run" assembly. 1/4" Grade T hose
1/4" Inside diameter grade T hose for propane or natural gas use. Hose is sold by the foot to get you the length that you need without wasting hose or making your setup fit the hose length you were sold. Please measure the distance and call or email with your needs. 13.3 clamps are sold below to be used with 1/4" hose connections. Please call or email if you need technical assistance. 13.3 Clamps for 1/4" ID Hose 13.3 clamps are designed for use with 1/4" twin welding hose to connect onto barbed fittings or "B" fittings. These clamps are made of stainless steel and are easy to clamp with a pair of side cutters or wire cutters. "Y" fitting for Oxygen or Fuel Hose This "Y" fitting is for use with 1/4" ID oxygen or fuel hose. This fitting is used to connect two 1/4" hoses together for multiple uses. The "Y" fitting can be used to connect 2 concentrators together, to "Y" a 4 stud torch into a 2 stud for a single twin hose supply, or running multiple torches off of one main supply line. Quick connect fitting for Oxygen and Fuel Hose These quick connect fittings are for use with standard "B" fitting connections. Quick connects are used for quick torch changes, disconnecting fuel and oxygen source hoses, or making a portable torch setup. Each quick connect is color coded (red for fuel and green for oxygen), and is equipped with reverse flow check valves to prevent accidental gas mixing. Instructions are included with each set. Flashback Arrestor Set Flashback arrestors are designed to prevent reverse gas flow and flashbacks, protecting hoses, regulators and cylinders. All GTT torches are a surface mix design that mixes the fuel and oxygen at the surface of the torch, not internally. This design nearly eliminates the potential for flashback under normal use. Flashback arrestors are not necessary, but they are recommended as a backup device that provide another level of safety to your setup. Flashback arrestors are recommended when multiple torches are connected together on the same fuel and oxygen supply system. The flashback arrrestors come with standard "B" fitting connections. Propane Regulator This propane regulator will fit 20LB and 30LB propane tanks similiar to what is used on an outdoor gas grill. This regulator features a gauge to show the tank pressure and a gauge to show the working pressure that is set with the adjustment handle. The tank pressure is handy to see when you are about to run out of fuel and can plan to get more. The working pressure is adjustable from 0-60PSI. Retail Price:$110.00 Each

Oxygen Regulator This oxygen regulator is for use on bottled oxygen and features a gauge to show the tank pressure and a gauge to show the working pressure that is set with the adjustment handle. The tank pressure is handy to see when you are about to run out of oxygen and can plan to make a tank change without ruining your project. The working pressure is adjustable from 0-150PSI.
